Our Returns Policy

 

If for whatever reason you do not love your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange minus postage. Just send us a message by using the contact form in the "contact us" section. This will need to be within 14 days of you receiving the your order. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings will not be eligible for return.

 

You will be responsible for return postage costs. The item will need to be in the same condition as it was received or the return will not be accepted, so please ensure any returns are packaged securely and padded. We also recommend sending using a tracked service as unfortunately we take no responsibility for any lost parcels.
